Our gift choices often sell out quickly, so we can only accept debit or credit card orders if you call, usually from 8:00 to 22:00 UK time.

The gift is sent to your chosen name and address, ready-wrapped with a message card, in a plain post box. The receipt is posted to you.

Usually, gifts are packed on the day after your order and posted first-class so, within the UK, your gift should arrive the following day. If your address is outside the UK, your gift should arrive the following week.
